Flu Immunisations 2024

Flu Immunisations will be given to children by the School Nursing Team on Friday 18th October 2024 during the school day. 

This is for children in Reception through the years up to Year 6.  If you would like your child to receive the vaccine then you will need to provide your consent using the NHS Consent Form.
