Diversity Information

The Governing Board is committed to promoting equality, diversity and inclusion and welcomes governors from a wide range of backgrounds, experiences and perspectives.

In line with Department for Education guidance, the Governing Board has considered the publication of diversity information. Due to the relatively small size of the Governing Board, publication of diversity characteristics, even in anonymised form, could risk the identification of individual governors. The Governing Board has therefore determined that it is not appropriate to publish this information at the present time.

The Governing Board remains committed to ensuring that recruitment and appointment processes are fair, transparent and encourage applications from people with a diverse range of backgrounds and experiences that reflect the community the school serves.
